Are you ready for some football??

Ian had his first football game this week. It was jamboree so they played two teams. It is hard to tell in the picture, but he is number 1!!

Ian made 2 tackles and got to celebrate with a Big Mac!!
Ian is ready!!!

My Last First Tooth!

Riley lost his first tooth this week! He was so excited he was shaking! It was a bittersweet moment for me. The last time one of my babies will lose their first tooth.
Guess where these quarters went?

VBS MUSICAL

Zoe and Ian were in the VBS musical this year. Ian's picture was too sad to post(most 8 year old boys do not enjoy musicals). They were so funny and kept yawning the whole time!!

Remember Me?

Just want to say that I am still here!! We have been very busy getting ready for Awana registration this week. It is also football season!! I plan to start school this week, too! I have lots of pictures to share, and I have not forgot about the vacation ones! Brad and I were able to go spend some time in "our" city this past weekend. My sweet friend had all the kids (minus Logan who was with his second family) for a sleepover. We went to the Hunter Art museum (http://www.huntermuseum.org/) and had such a great time.
Update: My dad is doing great!! It is amazing how far the Lord had brought him. I was told there is just no way he will eat again. He was to always have the feeding tube, but we just kept praying. I kept asking for another swallow test (along with several of our sweet nurses) and he did pass. The plan was for him to start out with one "blended meal" and continue with the tube feedings. He has done so well...he gets all of his meals by mouth and no tube feedings!! Praise the Lord!! He feeds himself and even takes his medicine by mouth!! Right now he has to eat supervised is his room because he gets distracted but, he really wants to go eat in the dining room. He is even aggravated that people are still excited for him (so cute). He told me the other day, "Every time I put a bite of food in my mouth someone throws a party!", and we all do!! God is so good! I promise to get back soon with some pictures!
